We use Royal Mail UK which is a third party service to deliver all standard post, and as such we cannot be held responsible in part or in whole for any loss of parcels by Royal Mail. We will always try to resolve any issues regarding shipping but we will not be held accountable. Our Royal Mail postal service is offered to all customers as standard. Orders are only dispatched when full cleared payments are made. We will NOT ship goods with pending payments. Orders made before 2.30pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 2.30pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or bank holidays.
Standard Shipping & Free Shipping (where applicable) Is provided by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. Free shipping is offered when the order value is above the advertised amount (£20.00) any orders with a value lower than this will have to pay for standard shipping. The standard delivery times for all Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcels is 2-4 working days. All orders placed before 2.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, all orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day excl bank holidays.
Next Day Service is provided by Royal Mail Tracked 24 this service must be selected during the checkout process and is paid by the customer. Royal Mail 24 and Tracked 24 services are usually delivered the next working day, however this is not a guarentee and this service can take 2-4 days to be delivered. All orders placed before 2.30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day, all orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched the next working day excl bank holidays.
International Deliveries are provided by DPD, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail International Tracked. Prices set for international shipping are the prices set by those companies and not by us. We try to keep these prices as low as possible and continuously check courier prices for the best price for our customers. Due to EU rules and regulations there may be a import tax or customs fee's to be paid by the customer on items arriving into European or international destinations, this is unfortunately out of our control. We are working with courier companies to reduce this but it is down to the destination countries customs and boarder control.
*For all international orders it is down to you the customer to check with your local customs rules, some countries do not allow the import of E-Cigarette/Vaping products and/or items associated with this. Therefore they will not allow this to enter the destination country and it will be returned to sender (Vape Inc). If this happens we will issue a refund for the goods once we are in possesion of them but we will not be able to refund the shipping cost as this would have already been paid.
*We are unable to ship to the USA as all vaping products and products associated with vaping are being refused by American Customs as a banned item.
**Please be aware that during busy periods like Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Xmas & New Year and so on, some services may be delayed. Although we will still ship orders out on time any delays caused due to Royal Mail or other couriers being busy are unfortunately out of our control. Please allow a few extra days for your parcel to arrive. We will not be able to issue refunds on shipping costs during these busy times.

Due to the products we sell being age restricted we have an Age Verification software in place. This will show at the end of your transaction in the form of a "pop up" from 1Account.
Please do not dismiss this as by doing so you will not complete the needed checks and will be classed as a failed attempt and the order will not be processed.
The checks will only take a few seconds to complete and once you have passed the Age Verification your account will be updated and further checks will not be required on future orders.
